Teleformation is a UK-based cybersecurity company with its roots in telecoms and critical national infrastructure. We build security that doesn’t stop at blocking threats, but confirms what actually happened, for web applications, APIs and the AI tools businesses now rely on.
Our story
From connectivity to cybersecurity.
Teleformation was founded in the UK in December 2021 by engineers from the telecoms industry. The aim was to help operators and businesses run network infrastructure that is fast, reliable and secure.
We started in connectivity, working on telecom networks and the systems that carry traffic between users, applications and data centres. As our customers moved more of their workloads into the cloud, our work followed, into cloud infrastructure and application delivery.
The closer we got to how traffic flows through modern networks, the clearer one problem became. Security tools decide whether to let a request in, but rarely check what it did once it was inside. Solving that took us into cybersecurity, and led to Parrera. As businesses started handing work to AI assistants and agents, we saw the same gap open up again, and built RimSift to close it.
Our roots are in telecoms and critical national infrastructure, where an attack that slips through can affect millions of people. Today we’re taking that experience into financial services and the wider enterprise, because any organisation with public-facing applications and APIs faces the same risk.

In 2026 Teleformation was awarded an Innovate UK Contract for Innovation under the Cyber Scale in Critical Sectors programme. The contract supports taking Parrera into live deployment with a communications-sector operator.
We’ve also been selected for the Barclays Eagle Labs Funding Readiness programme, supporting our next stage of growth.
